The big Air Show is this weekend at the beach in Charlotte, but, there’s also another big event happening up near the lake.  It’s called “Dancing In The Streets.”

“Dancing In The Streets” will be a perfect way to wrap up your Saturday at the Air Show.  Plan to take the shuttle busses and stay awhile!  It is sponsored by Alyssa’s Angels http://www.alyssasangels.org which helps children who are the victims of child abuse or neglect, and those that are experiencing serious medical, emotional or behavioral problems.  Click on the website link to learn the wonderful story behind the birth of this great organization.  I am proud to be a member of the board of Alyssa’s Angels and hope you’ll attend this fun family event on Saturday.

      Well, my house in Parma sold the day it went on sale. Then I realized in 8 short weeks I wouldn’t have a house to live in!! Not to worry, Val and I found an AMAZING house in Scottsville. All I know about Scottsville is it has lots of cool old houses and is very nice. If you live there I’d love some advice on where to eat, go to church, hang out with the kids, info on the schools, yadda yadda yadda. So holla’ back if you live in Scottsville!!
